What's with the "No Metal"?

Metal muddies the vibration of the room.
Wearing metal in your practice inhibits the practice.
It is a blocking to reality.
It is a barrier between YOU & Your SELF.
It is your shackles, your imprisoning neck and handcuffs. It is limiting.
Your vibration has to bend around it. It is not permeable.
Metal in the room is like dropping an Anvil in the ocean and all the fish scatter.
It's offensive to the fish.
(& I'm a Pisces)
If you need a buoy an Anchor to find your way home, it is your breath.
Once you master the connection and can move in and out of the practice in a breath, then you could reintroduce your pretty things, but you will find you will prefer the experience without the inhibiting "Hooks in The Illusion".
Move Beyond The Metal.
It keeps your experience Black & White vs. Technicolor.
Some people are so attached to their metal it is to the detriment of the practice.
Practice becomes limiting, the human's brain learns the theory of yoga but it is never implimented and they become increasingly angry.
Then pain comes.
Then Cancer, heart attack, death.
Get it?
I would try the practice with No Metal and see how liberating it can feel.
Or not.
It's always your choice.
Phones are the same.
They are a prison feeding your Ego, Imprisoned in the Illusion, The Lie, Maya, etc..
False Truth as Reality.
They make you feel more important then you really are.
You probably live in the future, anticipate, speculate, gossip, have a lot more metal then most, have high blood pressure, have pain because you're "pushing the tempo" of Reality, lots of guilt because of your self created problems & self betrayals,
your phone is your poison.
You can keep your poison,
or be free.
it is always your choice.
