If the OBJECT is a REMINDER of the GOAL & HIGHER STATES OF CONSCIOUSNESS is the GOAL, then the adrenaline driving focused movement is only a REMINDER/the path to the GOAL. MOVEMENT IS THE PATH
We can crank up the heat, move FAST, thin the blood, stretch the breath, & go deep QUICK.

We create a focal point (to know when we are out of focus) / throw an anchor into the ocean, and then move. The more we can maintain a focus the deeper the focus gets. The deeper the focus, the deeper the breath, the stronger the breath, the longer the breath, more high quality movement.

As this is occurring we are falling into our organic, natural breath.

As the movement is connecting to the breath

it is connecting to the fabric of the Universe
