There are two interconnecting Energy Ribbons organically moving in the body.

Latent and dormant energies in the body are waiting to be released.  Toxic residue from past trauma (spiritual, mental, emotional, physical, and neglect) are trapped and lay waiting to be discovered and released from the body.  When released trapped energy is allowed to exit the body with ease, pain goes away.  Habitual behavior "bandaging-the-trauma" falls away.  Anger falls away.  Peace enters.  Equanimity enters.  Connection enters.  An organic fall into the flow of life enters.  Past toxic residue & trapped energy will be "kicked up" & released, and new potential Energies waiting to be unlocked, can and will be activated, "Turned On" and/or released through disciplined focus, connected breath, heat, and movement.  

Energy in the Root Chakra, Sacral Chakra, and Solar Plexus is cultivated, spun, amplified, and sent up the Spine to the Mind to create balance, creativity, imagination, a trustworthy mind with a healthy intuition, and an equanimous Life.  However as we move energy old toxic trapped energy is stirred up.  There is a residue, fragments from the past, daggers in the path, resentments, guilt, pain, and all kinds of betrayals to the Soul.  This energy needs to exit the body.  You don't want it...  This energy exits through the energy ribbons.  

New energies and prana enters the body through the ribbons.  

Because of the way it spirals around the body, the ribbons have an Entrance/Exit out the fingertips and toes (particularly the pinky edge of your hands and the longest toes with the softest, organically stretched line when fully stretched.)

The ribbons have entrances and exits through your head and your pelvic floor.

As the practice grows deeper, we soften the edges of the ribbons, we hone the organic lines of the energy ribbons so nothing impedes the line=the entrance and exit of energies.

Example:  Some students have choppy, angular broken ribbons.  these students find life a burden.  Life is a challenge.  They find the shit in every scenario... even at a celebration.  These people are doing Life WRONG.  (They got bad programming.  But we can fix that.)  These people usually complain about the same cast of characters, rigid in their ways their broken ribbons match their broken body and tight, broken mind.  But, disciplined focus, connection to breath, and A LOT of heat to soften their ribbons will bring them peace i.e. unlock their shit and let it exit their body and brain.  

Eventually as they learn and begin to understand about the ribbons, they can begin to hone their ribbons: their postures will be set in the world more at ease (as everything in life should be), their transitions will be smooth, their mind quiet, their focus exact, directing the breath with the Intellectual Mind, their attitude has softened, they don't get so bent out of shape every time the wind blows, they relax into life and then as their ribbons soften and strengthen (and they learn control and a permeable connection to the ribbons) we discover we can hone the ribbons: life gets very good.  Our Mind shifts to equanimity, peace, we pick happiness.  We fix the Mind and the Body follows suit.  Weight is redistributed appropriately: at equanimity.  Overweight people usually lose weight, underweight people gain weight.  The body changes because the mind changed, became more open, understanding, and compassionate.  

We rarely if ever get sick.  We rarely if ever get injured.  Because we've been practicing at higher states of  consciousness we have created new brain pathways and relax into life organically.  We're getting smarter.  We're getting happier.  We're getting healthier and nothing betrays our Soul.

Hone your ribbons: Meditate + Move Your Body=Go Sweat.  


Incidentally, If toxic energy stays trapped in the body the person usually has a lot of metal or electronics around them.  They, for some reason, have attachment to their pain and broken pieces & they will tell you how life is so burdensome.  They will get sick.  They will get injured.  They are tight.  They have pain.  They complain.  They are just no fun at a party.  These people should soften and strengthen their ribbons.
